Theodora is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who brings both clinical expertise and a compassionate presence to every encounter. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and her Master of Public Health from Liberty University. Her experience includes community mental health, home-based and assisted-living settings, private practice, and caring for military service members and their families.
She specializes in treating mood disorders, including major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders such as PTSD, panic disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder, as well as ADHD. Using evidence-based care, Theodora partners with each patient to create personalized treatment plans that promote lasting mental wellness.
